Getting America Back to Work

As companies begin to think about returning employees to work, they must cope with the re-integration process: to include how employees and teams collaborate in-person after a year of working in isolation at home and interacting only by computer.

OBJECTIVES:

Provide companies with a dynamic discussion that serves to:

  • Reintegrate teams (teambuilding)
  • Discuss the importance of collaboration
  • Motivate and inspire the teams to achieve success
  • Provide insight and reminders on how to manage teams of people and facilitate excellence in executing initiatives
  • Share practical real-world business experience from an executive who has lead the operations of a billion dollar program (general operations, supply chain management, IT, Human Resources, Marketing)
